Secretary

Responsibilities:

- Prepare business cases or summary of reports relating to the operation and presentation of papers.
- Provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager in all matters.
- Prepare the agenda, plan, organise and attend meetings as well as taking the minutes of meeting.
- Co-ordinate travel for office and upkeep travel movements, including updating records on allowances provided, advising on travel issues such as visa applications, hotel bookings, etc.
- Assist in handling of incoming calls, answering queries and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Liasing and co-ordinate with external parties, other subsidiaries and/or departments on matters relating to operations, administration, etc which require the General Manager's approval.
- Maintain a proper filing system and ensure effective document control for easy - access and retrieval.
- Follow-up on urgent matters requiring attention and deadlines/issues raised during meetings.
- Undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Admin/Studies/Management/Secretarial or equivalent.
- 3 years working experience in related field
- Resourceful, initiative, detail-oriented and independent
- Possess energy and positive attitude and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self motivated and pleasant personality.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS office application.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of shorthand

Management Trainees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma , Advanced Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic/Mechatronic/Chemical/Material Science/Business - - Admin/Marketing/Graphic Design or equivalent.
-1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing concern is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong sense of commitment, good analytical skills, result orientated and emphasize on efficiency, productivity and quality.
- Computer literate.
- Have experience in leadership positions in curricular activities (High School and University) is an added advantage.

Store Keeper

Responsibilities:
- Receiving ink from supplier and production.
- Deliver ink to the production.
- Store operation.
- Store housekeeping.
- Safe handling of solvents.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience at store.
- Basic knowledge of English.

Quality Assurance Executives

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Ensure that quality of products conform to the clients' specifications and management objective.
- Manage and make continuous improvement on the Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2008 standard
- Support customer complaint system by providing detailed analysis, feedback and technical support to customers.
- Able to operate on gas chromatograph will be an added advantage.
- Support, adhere and promote the HSE policy of the company, along with its ISO9001 principles.
Requirements:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Printing Technology / Chemistry / Applied Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years working experience in related field in a manufacturing concern or printing industry is an added advantage
- Have full understanding and knowledge of ISO-based Quality Management technique and concept.
- Analytical, well organized, good project management skill and well equipped with multi-tasking ability
- Computer literate

Internal Audit Executives

Responsibilities:
- To examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal controls of TWP Group.
- To review any significant risk areas of TWP Group identified during the enterprise risk management exercise and provide analysis, recommendations and information concerning the activities reviewed.
- To conduct performance and financial audits of all departments within the TWP's Group.
- To complete with unrestricted access to all records, documents and facilities or other assets of TWP Group as well as unrestricted interview privileges, both written or oral, with all level of management and employees as deemed necessary in performing audit activities.
- To submit a written report on each internal audit conducted to the Head of Internal Audit. The audit report shall be objective, clear, concise and timely and shall contain the professional conclusions regarding the activities audited.
- To initiate and conduct emergency audits or reviews not listed in the audit plan, if deemed necessary, in view of any potential illegal acts, fraud, abuse or misuse of - Company's funds. Evidence of such irregularities shall be referred to the Head of Internal Audit for further investigation.
- The type of duties to be performed shall include, but not limited to performance audits, program audits, financial statement audits and financial-related audits.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally (including presentation) and written.
- Possess good planning, organizing skills, analytical and methodical approach to task.
- Computer literate.
