He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Flinders University, South Australia. He is currently the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of NTIH. Prior to joining the NTIH Group, he was the General Manager of a tissue paper operation in Vietnam. Mr Gary Yen is deemed interested in the RRPT by virtue of him being a person connected to NTIH, a major shareholder of TWPH via its shareholding in TWH1990 and SPI as well as being the son of Mr Yen Wen Hwa who is a deemed substantial shareholder of TWPH via his shareholdings of not less than 15% in NTIH.
