Remarks

Mr Tung Kum Hon has vacated his office as a Director of the Company with immediate effect pursuant to Article 96.4 of the Company's Articles of Association, which stipulates that "The office of a Director shall be vacated, if he is absent from more than 50% of the total board of directors' meetings held during a financial year".

Mr Tung Kum Hon is also the Chairman of Nomination Committee and member of Investment and Finance Committee and Audit Committee of the Company. He had actively participated in these Board Committees attending eight (8) of the Committees Meeting during the year, particularly the Investment and Finance Committee, reviewing all major projects of the Company before tabling to the Board for decision.
